What Can You Do?

1. If you need more warehouse space and don't want to (or cannot) move, then you need to squeeze every ounce of cube out of your present building. We have often increased both pallet storage and pick slot capacity by 50% or more, giving clients one or two more years of "breathing room".

2. If you are plagued by "shipping errors", then you need a way to verify that the right amount of the right item was picked for every order. An inexpensive system that will have your pickers scanning each item for accuracy and count, can give you 99.9% order accuracy 

3. Low order-picking productivity can be cured by "batch picking" 20+ orders onto a multi-shelved pick cart. Combine this with an amazingly effective "fishbone" picking layout, 100% pick verification, and picking directly into the shipping cartons.
   
   Think about it - Checking becomes a randomly selected and occasional activity. Packing involves merely stuffing and taping the cartons, and sending them directly onto the shipping dock. Achieve error-free piece pick rates of over 300 lines per hour, and the ability to cut man-hours substantially.

4.
