How we
work with you to transform
YOUR warehouse layout.
1.
Collect information.
Using phone, fax, email and video (if necessary), we will discuss your
problems and evaluate your operation to see if we will be able to help
you - and to determine how to begin the process.
2.
Prepare a detailed proposal,
including a 2-day site visit and a description of all deliverables. (In
some cases, we can do the project off-site, for "super rush", or when
keeping costs as low as possible is an important factor.
3.
Visit
your site.
We travel to your site, meet with you and your team to review your needs
and concerns, tour your facility, and then meet for a question and
answer session. After a night of in-depth "brainstorming", we again meet
with your team to review our initial "plan of attack" and to integrate
your insights into that plan.
4.
Conference call (optional).
With you and your
key staff, we will discuss your views on the problems you face, and
explore a range of options that you might find acceptable. We will
strive to hear your needs clearly so that we don't waste time suggesting
alternatives that you are not willing to implement.
5.
In
our design center, we
determine how our ideas translate into physical space, and "tease
out" a wide range of possible solutions leading us to the best
selection(s). This often takes days of intense work by our design team.
This is where Art's 32 years of experience is applied full force!
6.
Prepare, email and priority-mail deliverables
- This includes final layouts, a full report on why each change has been
proposed, a list of new equipment required, estimated costs,
and payback.
Payback is, after all, our ultimate goal and historically it has been in
the 100's and even thousands of percent return on investment!

"First
I wanted to say that all your suggestions work great! Thanks so much.
Secondly, in the later part of May, we will be moving out of our current
facility into a new one. I was wondering if I gave you the layout could
you draw up a design. You told me if there were ever changes, just ask for
a new layout, so here I am. Thanks a lot!" Bob V., Owner, New Kensington, PA

renovation is going great. The large shelving is all moved and
